About this Site

Managed by  volunteers of the Muslim community in Canada's capital city, Ottawa Muslim Network (ottawamuslim.net) was established to provide information services to the Muslim community in the Nation's Capital and surrounding areas and  information about the Muslim community to the population at large.
 
Through Ottawa Muslim Network, our aim is to help both visitors and local residents find information related to the Muslim community  and for members of the community to easily access information related to community activities.   This is an opportunity for community members to share information and to access local community news and activities.  We encourage you to support  the site by informing  your friends and relatives  about the site.  It will be useful to visitors who wish to visit the various mosques and Muslim organizations  in Canada's capital city.

Muslim Not-for-Profit institutions and businesses may wish to take advantage of the opportunity to list their organizations on the site (Directory).  Keep current on local community news and events by reading the feature articles and checking the events listing.
